Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026

This page is run by Kinetic Lab Films LLC ("Kinetic Lab," "we," "us"), a content and video production company in Central New York. This policy explains what we collect when you use this page and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book a call, we collect what you type into the booking form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The time you pick and anything you add in the notes

If you message us on Instagram, we also see your Instagram username and the messages you send.

This page does not use advertising pixels or analytics tracking.

How we use it

• To hold your call time and send you the confirmation and any reminder emails
• To call you at the time you booked
• To follow up about the content system you asked about

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

A few companies handle data on our behalf so this page works:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) runs the booking calendar and stores your contact details in our customer database.
• Netlify hosts this page.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
• Instagram (Meta) carries any direct messages you send us.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy for how it handles data.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we're talking about working together, and for a reasonable time afterward in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email us to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you'd rather not hear from us again, just say so and we'll stop.
